International Tours: Hotels, sea and river cruises outside of the United States are not required to comply with ADA requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard motor coaches and river cruises.
Travel insurance must be purchased to protect your trip. Travel insurance must be purchased before making your final payment. Coverage options and pricing vary based on your total trip cost. Travel protection becomes effective upon receipt of the premium and may not be available after your final payment.
Traveling abroad requires a U.S. passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before October 5, 2027. Please be prepared to provide a copy of your passport during the booking process.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Illuminated, LLC dba All Inclusive Travel Biz reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
All payments authorized by you to All Inclusive Travel Biz are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our company has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.
Payment plans are available with a $500 deposit. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
